Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience)

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive in Construction field to join our growing construction company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee onboarding, HR administration, payroll coordination, attendance management, statutory compliance support, and maintaining HR records through ERP software.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for office and site staff.
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and induction of new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
- Update and maintain employee data in the ERP software.
- Generate HR reports and MIS using ERP and MS Excel.
- Support statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Labour Laws, etc.).
- Coordinate employee confirmation, appraisal, and exit formalities.
- Address employee queries and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Assist management in implementing HR policies and administrative functions.

Requirements





- Bachelor's Degree or MBA in Human Resources.
- 2–5 years of HR experience (Preferrably in Construction field).
- Knowledge of labour laws, PF, ESI, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
