Job Description – Planning Designer
Company: Maruti House Design
Location: Indore (Work From Office)
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate 2D floor plans based on client requirements.
- Develop functional space planning and room layouts.
- Ensure plans comply with building standards and design guidelines.
- Revise drawings based on client feedback.
- Coordinate with the 3D Elevation, Structural, and Working Drawing teams.
- Deliver projects within the assigned timelines while maintaining quality.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge of SketchUp/Revit is an added advantage).
- Positive understanding of residential planning and space utilization.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
