Summary

Adam Group of Events is a leading event management company specializing in premium weddings, corporate events, and luxury celebrations. We are looking for a creative and passionate 2D & 3D Designer to develop innovative event concepts and deliver high-quality, execution-ready designs that align with the company's standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Study market trends in event décor, stage design, floral styling, and spatial layouts.

- Create creative and execution-ready 2D & 3D designs for weddings, corporate events, and other event projects.

- Develop reusable templates and maintain an updated digital asset library with new props, flowers, structures, textures, colors, and materials.

- Prepare and submit weekly work plans with timelines and deliverables.

- Ensure proper planning and timely completion of assigned projects.

- Develop innovative concepts while ensuring designs are practical and feasible for execution.

- Present design concepts to the CRM, Event Coordinators, and Managing Director, and implement revisions based on feedback.

- Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.

- Coordinate with the Creative, Coordination,



and Production teams to ensure smooth execution.

- Maintain proper documentation and organized design files.

- Ensure designs are practical in terms of budget, materials, timelines, and execution.

- Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring quality, accountability, and timely delivery.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (Preferred).

-0–1 years of experience in 2D & 3D Design is preferred.

- Robust creativity, visualization, and conceptual design skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Experience in Event Management, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
