Surveyor – Job Description

DMR LANDZ is seeking a motivated and experienced Surveyor to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting accurate land surveys, preparing survey reports, and supporting project development from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct land, topographic, boundary, and layout surveys.
- Operate Total Station, GPS/GNSS, Auto Level, and other surveying instruments.
- Perform site measurements and prepare accurate survey reports.
- Verify plot dimensions, levels, alignments, and coordinates.
- Prepare survey sketches and AutoCAD drawings.
- Coordinate with engineers, legal, and project teams.
- Maintain survey equipment and documentation.
- Ensure all survey work complies with project specifications and safety standards.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Surveying,



Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant surveying experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and survey software.
- Experience with Total Station, GPS/GNSS, and Auto Level equipment.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to travel to project sites.
