Job Summary

We are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance of machining and press shop machines in a manufacturing plant. The candidate should have experience in handling industrial machinery, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and ensuring smooth production operations with minimum downtime.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC, VMC, HMC, and press shop machines.
- Maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, and mechanical systems of machines.
- Troubleshoot mechanical failures and ensure quick resolution of breakdowns.
- Monitor machine performance and improve equipment reliability.
- Handle maintenance of compressors, conveyors, material handling equipment, and utility systems.
- Coordinate machine installation, shifting, and commissioning activities.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists,



and breakdown reports.
- Ensure availability of spare parts and coordinate with vendors when required.
- Follow safety standards and maintenance procedures during work.
- Support continuous improvement and TPM activities in the plant.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and troubleshoot machine issues.
- Experience in press shop and machining maintenance.
- Positive problem-solving and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in automotive or manufacturing industry preferred.
- Hands-on experience in CNC machine and press shop maintenance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
