Position: CRM Executive (Telecalling)
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to channel partners/customers regarding outstanding payments and ensure timely follow-up for payment collection.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide prompt resolutions.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain call records, follow-up status, and customer data in MS Excel.
Eligibility
✅ Ability to read and write English.
✅ Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
✅ Calm, patient, and professional while handling clients.
✅ Quick response and excellent communication skills.
✅ Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
✅Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
