Job Title: Operations Manager – ELV
Company: Falcon Infosystems
Location: Pune (Willing to travel across PAN India)
Salary Range: ₹7 LPA – ₹12 LPA (Depending on interview and experience)
Job Overview
Falcon Infosystems is looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager with a strong background in the ELV (Extra Low Voltage) industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing project operations, coordinating with technical teams, ensuring timely project delivery, and handling client requirements. The role requires frequent travel across PAN India for project execution and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee ELV projects including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm Systems, Networking, and other security systems.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution and operational activities.
- Ensure projects are delivered within timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal technical teams.
- Handle site operations and project management across different locations in India.
- Monitor manpower deployment and ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare project reports, documentation, and operational updates for management.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Resolve operational issues and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related field.
- 5–15 years of experience in the ELV industry.
- Strong knowledge of ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Networking, PA Systems, etc.
- Experience in project management and team handling.
- Good communication and client coordination skills.
- Candidate should be based in Pune or willing to work from Pune.
- Must be willing to travel across PAN India as per project requirements
