About the Role

Ferty9 Fertility Center is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to lead overall center operations and drive business performance. The role will responsible for financial growth, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, compliance, and people management.

The ideal candidate should have strong healthcare operations experience, leadership capability, and a proven track record in achieving revenue and profitability targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness & Financial Management

- Prepare annual operating budgets and performance targets.
- Achieve center revenue, contribution margin, and EBITDA targets.
- Monitor profitability and take corrective actions where required.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives across the center.
- Coordinate with corporate MIS teams for monthly P&L; closure.

Operations Management

- Ensure adherence to SOPs, protocols, and operational standards.
- Oversee medical record management.
- Act as the escalation point for operational issues.
- Improve internal processes and service delivery continuously.

Compliance & Quality

- Ensure compliance with medico-legal requirements.
- Maintain audit scores as per organizational standards.
- Monitor implementation and adherence of all SOPs.

Sales & Brand Development

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to strengthen the Ferty9 brand.
- Support local marketing campaigns and outreach activities.




- Drive patient conversion, retention, and contribution initiatives.

People Management

- Set goals and conduct performance reviews for direct reportees.
- Ensure completion of training man-hours.
- Develop second-line leadership within the center.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, hospital management, fertility/IVF operations, or multi-specialty healthcare management.
- Strong understanding of P&L; management and operational controls.
- Experience in managing teams, audits, compliance, and customer service.
