Job Title: Junior Operation Executive – Care First Home care

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive Junior Operation Executive to support our home care operations. You will coordinate with the nursing team, manage equipment, handle patient visits, and ensure smooth communication between staff and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with nursing staff and handle nursing lead calls.

Assist with patient visits, discharge follow-ups, emergency visits, and hostel visits.

Handle complaints and ensure staff coordination.

Manage and maintain medical equipment.
Support recruitment drives and manage candidate coordination.

Requirements:

Positive communication and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and handle operational challenges efficiently.

Prior experience in home care or healthcare operations is a plus.
