Job Duties & Key Responsibilities

* Duties and Responsibilities - "On time launch of New products as agreed with Marketing & Export Dept. To Modify Existing products & on time implementation. To reduce the cost by new formulation, process optimization etc. To support M&P; by alternate RM To conduct trials To verify & validate NPD/ EPD's To provide Standard Operating Procedures, RM/ SFG/FG specifications, Inspection plan etc.to concerned dept. Understanding new technology in domestic and international market. Participate in technical forum related to color and coating. Evaluation/comparison of products against Competitor Products (Benchmarking) Learning new generation technologies & processes through literature and patent searching for formulation/product development"
