Job Title: Production Manager

Job Location: Site-5, Kasna Industrial Area, Greater Noida

Industry: Export Manufacturing (Handmade Paper Products, Paper Lighting & Home Décor)

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹70,000 per month (Based on experience and interview)

Experience Required: 8–12 years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee production operations for export-oriented manufacturing of handmade paper products, paper lighting, and home décor items. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in production planning, team management, quality control, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining product quality and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organise, and supervise daily production activities.
- Manage production teams to achieve output, quality, and delivery targets.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of customer orders.
- Coordinate with procurement, quality, warehouse, and dispatch teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure efficient utilisation of manpower, machinery, and materials.
- Monitor product quality and implement process improvements to reduce wastage and improve productivity.
- Maintain production records, reports, and inventory updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and workplace safety procedures.
- Resolve production-related issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with management to meet production goals and customer requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree, Diploma,



or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Production, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.

Experience

- 8–12 years of production management experience.
- Experience in manufacturing handmade paper products, paper lighting, home décor products, or similar export-oriented products is preferred.
- Experience managing production teams and meeting production targets.
