We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Telecaller for our Immigration process. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, guiding clients regarding visa and immigration services, and converting leads into successful clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls related to immigration services
- Provide accurate information about visa processes (PR, Work Permit, .)
- Generate and qualify leads from provided data
- Convince and convert potential clients
- Maintain proper follow-up with clients
- Achieve monthly targets and contribute to business growth
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Strong convincing & negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of immigration/visa process (preferred)
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Positive listening and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge
