Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Assistant to support our accounting department with day-to-day financial tasks. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in handling daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and statements.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately.
- Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end and year-end closings.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting documentation for audits.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors regarding payment-related queries.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.




- Perform general administrative and clerical duties related to accounting.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role (freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.) and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
