Job Summary:

- We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Property Consultant to join our Real Estate
- Channel Partner team. The candidate will be responsible for generating and managing property
- leads, understanding customer requirements, arranging property visits, and maintaining strong
- customer relationships throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle leads generated through telecalling and company marketing activities.
- Generate new leads through personal networking, references, and market outreach.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential and commercial
- properties.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits for customers.
- Explain project details, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and investment
- opportunities.
- Coordinate with builders, developers, and clients for smooth communication and deal
- closure.




- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers throughout the buying process.
- Build long-term customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Update client records, site visit reports, and follow-up status in the system.
- Stay updated on ongoing and upcoming real estate projects in Ahmedabad.

Required Skills:

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of the Ahmedabad real estate market will be an advantage.

Qualification:

- Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
- 1–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Property Consulting, Channel Partner
- Sales, or Field Sales.
