Peafowl Academy is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Communication Trainer to train and mentor students in communication, personality development, and qualified grooming.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct communication skills and spoken English training sessions.
- Train students in personality development, soft skills, and interview preparation.
- Guide students on professional etiquette, grooming, and workplace communication.
- Conduct group discussions, presentations, and public speaking activities.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Support placement preparation and career readiness programs.
- Maintain training records and student progress reports.

Requirements:

- Aviation industry experience is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Smart, well-groomed, and confident personality.
- Ability to motivate and engage students effectively.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Age below 30 years.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
