We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to be a part of our HR Recruitment team. Primary responsibilities will be hiring for different technical positions. He/she will be responsible for reviewing, contacting, lining up the candidates for the interviews and taking feedbacks from the interviewers. Ultimately, you will play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees.
Job Responsibilities
- Write and post technical job descriptions.
- Identify specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes and perform pre-screening calls.
- Screening candidates and matching them to appropriate positions.
- Screening candidates for experience, availability, interest level, salary range, etc.
- Recruit through internal database, references and external entities such as Naukri,
Indeed and qualified network on LinkedIn.
- Follow up with the selected candidates till the date of joining.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 -3 years of working experience in Technical Recruitment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with multiple sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, etc.
- Experience in hiring for roles like – Software Development Engineers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Quality Analysts, Mobile app developers, Front-End and Back-End Developers etc.
Pay: ₹10,996.42 - ₹33,090.94 per month
