Digital Marketing Executive

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and

execute the company’s complete digital presence and online marketing activities. The candidate

must be highly skilled in digital strategy, social media management, content creation,

performance marketing, SEO, lead generation, and AI-based creative tools. The role requires a

strong ability to drive engagement, brand visibility, and qualified leads through multiple digital

platforms.

Experience Required

∙Minimum 5 years to Maximum 10 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and

online brand management.

Key Responsibilities

∙Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across all platforms.

∙Manage company social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn,

YouTube, and others.

∙Create, design, and publish engaging static and video creatives for social media

platforms.

∙Develop content calendars, captions, and creative storytelling for brand promotion.

∙Manage hashtag strategies, audience targeting, and engagement optimization.

∙Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook &

Instagram Ads).

∙Handle SEO activities including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to improve search

rankings.

∙Generate and manage leads through digital channels and ensure proper lead tracking and

reporting.

∙Execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns and manage WhatsApp API-based automation

tools.

∙Use AI tools for content generation, image creation, video editing, and marketing

automation.

∙Monitor campaign performance, analyze data,



and prepare regular performance reports.

∙Collaborate with design, sales, and management teams to align marketing strategies with

business goals.

∙Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes.

∙Manage email marketing campaigns and online customer engagement activities.

∙Proficiency in tools such as:

Canva / Photoshop / Video editing tools

Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager

Meta Business Suite

SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs – preferred)

∙Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability.

∙Analytical mindset with robust performance tracking skills.

∙Excellent communication and content writing skills.

Educational Qualification

∙Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or

related field.

∙Certifications in Digital Marketing, SEO, or Google Ads will be an added advantage.

∙Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

∙Strong attention to detail and deadline-oriented work approach.

∙Highly creative, proactive, and result-focused mindset.

∙Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

∙Willingness to adapt to new technologies and AI-driven marketing tools.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
