Job Description:
Ensure smooth day to day operational efficiency.
Maintain Google Sheets & Excel sheets, prepare and submit MIS reports.
Handle multiple tasks and projects at once.
Communicate clearly with teams and management.
Manage time effectively and handle stress under pressure.
Develop and implement checklists for process consistency.
Report directly to the Founders with regular updates.
Manage scheduling, meetings, and coordination across teams.
