Planning & Coordination Engineer

The Planning Engineer (MEP) is responsible for project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare baseline project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 / MS Project

Develop detailed MEP execution plans, including manpower, materials, and resources

Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly

Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project managers for smooth workflow

Track daily/weekly/monthly progress reports and highlight delays

Perform delay analysis and suggest corrective actions

Ensure alignment of MEP activities with overall project timeline

Prepare look-ahead schedules (2-week / 3-week plans)

Monitor procurement status of MEP materials and equipment





Maintain documentation for project planning and reporting

Pay: ₹20,059.82 - ₹50,080.30 per month
