Job Responsibilities

Conduct live online fitness sessions for individuals and groups.

Create personalized workout plans based on client goals.

Guide clients on proper exercise techniques and injury prevention.

Track client progress and provide regular motivation.

Collaborate with dietitians and wellness experts to improve client outcomes.

Maintain professional communication with clients.

Deliver engaging and high-quality virtual fitness sessions.

Requirements

Certification in Fitness Training, Personal Training, or a related field ACE, ACSM, will get preference.

Minimum 1 year of fitness coaching experience (Freshers with strong skills may also apply).

Strong knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology, strength and conditioning,



fat loss, mobility, and functional workouts.

Excellent communication and motivational skills.

Comfortable conducting online sessions via Zoom/Google Meet.

Passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals.

Preferred Skills

Experience with weight loss and body transformation programs.

Knowledge of PCOS, Diabetes, Thyroid, and Lifestyle Disease fitness programs will (Plus point).

Basic nutrition knowledge.

Experience handling group workout sessions.

Social media presence or content creation experience is a plus.
