Job Title: Accounts Associate

Salary: ₹12000 to 18000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Associate to join our finance team in Kapurthala. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of accounting experience who are eager to build a career in finance and accounting.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and entries.
- Prepare and post journal vouchers in accounting software.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
- Process invoices, payments,



and receipts accurately.
- Maintain financial records and supporting documents.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for payment and account-related queries.

Requirements:-

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Fresher to 1 year experience of relevant accounting experience .
- Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance is preferred.
