About the Role

We are looking for a Client-Facing Data Movement Specialist to support a critical SFTP migration project for a global client. This role involves coordinating with external clients and vendors to transition data integrations from an existing on-premises SFTP environment to a new solution while ensuring seamless data movement and minimal business disruption.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong SFTP, data migration, and client communication experience who are comfortable working directly with international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the migration and shutdown of legacy SFTP integrations.
- Coordinate cutover schedules with clients and vendors.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders during migration activities.
- Configure, validate, and troubleshoot SFTP connections and data movement processes.
- Monitor and validate adjusted polling methods after migration.
- Identify project risks, timeline dependencies, and escalate issues when required.




- Provide regular project updates and communicate technical changes to non-technical stakeholders.
- Work closely with internal technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in SFTP setup, administration, migration, or troubleshooting.
- Experience with data movement, file transfer processes, or integration projects.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Experience interacting directly with clients, vendors, or external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple activities within vendor-driven project timelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with SFTP migration or integration cutover projects.
- Knowledge of polling-based data movement processes.
- Exposure to enterprise integration or managed file transfer environments.
- Previous experience supporting global clients.

Work Details

- US Shift (CDT) with 5–6 hours overlap
- Contract Duration: Minimum 2 Months (Expected up to 4 Months)
- Laptop will be provided by the client.
- Background verification and onboarding formalities are mandatory before joining.

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
