Non-Voice Process – Chat Support Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Chat Support Executives. In this role, you will assist customers by resolving their queries through chat while delivering a seamless and professional support experience.

Job Details

- Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Work from Office)
- Role: Non-Voice Process – Chat Support
- Salary: ₹26,000 – ₹38,000 per month (CTC)
- Shift: Rotational shifts (Day, Night & Weekend)

Eligibility Criteria

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are mandatory.
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Diploma (Graduates preferred).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in customer support or a similar role will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should be willing to relocate to Ahmedabad.
