Key Responsibilities:

- Fabricate and assemble components using welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and ARC welding
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly of components
- Ensure the quality and precision of each weld and make necessary adjustments to maintain standards
- Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner
- Collaborate with team members to identify and troubleshoot any issues in the production process
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
- Maintain proper documentation and reports of work completed




- Comply with all safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent, technical degree or certification in welding is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in welding and fabrication in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in MIG, TIG, and ARC welding techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of welding safety practices and procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
