Admission Counsellor - MBA Programs

Location: Greater Noida (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview:

The Admission Counsellor – MBA Programs will be responsible for handling student admissions with a solid focus on digital lead management and conversions. The role requires counselling MBA aspirants and achieving assigned admission targets.

Key Responsibilities:





- Handle inbound digital leads and convert them into enrollments
- Counsel MBA aspirants and guide them through the admission process
- Maintain daily lead tracking and reporting
- Coordinate with digital marketing and admissions teams
- Achieve assigned admission targets in a target-driven environment

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in student admissions (education industry mandatory)
- Hands-on experience converting digital leads (website, WhatsApp, campaigns, portals, etc.)
- Strong counselling, persuasion, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and follow-up discipline
- MBA admissions experience preferred
