About the Role

We are seeking a talented and innovative AI/ML Engineer to join our team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions that address complex business challenges. The role involves working with cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Natural Language Processing (NLP), to build scalable and intelligent applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement machine learning and deep learning models for real-world applications.
- Build, train, evaluate, and deploy AI/ML models to production environments.
- Develop Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM)-based applications for automation and intelligent decision-making.
- Design and implement NLP solutions for text classification, summarization, information extraction, and conversational AI.
- Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to derive actionable insights and improve model performance.
- Optimize machine learning models for accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
- Integrate AI/ML models with web applications and enterprise systems through APIs and cloud-based services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, data engineers, and project stakeholders, to deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Monitor deployed models, troubleshoot performance issues,



and implement continuous improvements.
- Prepare technical documentation, model reports, and implementation guidelines.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree (B.Tech.) in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related discipline from a recognized university.
- 1–3+ years of relevant experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science projects.

Required Skills

- Solid proficiency in Python programming.
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms.
- Experience working with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar libraries.
- Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data analysis.
- Knowledge of API development and integration for AI-powered applications.
- Understanding of model deployment, monitoring, and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of vector databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and AI agents.
- Experience with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for machine learning deployment.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized deployment environments.

Pay: ₹52,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
