ROLE OVERVIEW

The Operation Coordination Executive will take ownership of each confirmed order and track it until final closure. The role serves as the central coordination point between Sales, Accounts, Logistics, and Warehouse teams, ensuring that payments, billing, material readiness, dispatch, and documentation move forward without avoidable delays.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Take charge of orders immediately after confirmation by the Sales team.

- Track payment status, billing, material availability, dispatch readiness, delivery, and final closure.
- Coordinate daily with Sales, Accounts, Logistics, and Warehouse teams.
- Follow up on pending actions and ensure every department completes its responsibility on time.
- Maintain accurate order status records and communicate updates to concerned team members.
- Verify that invoice, vehicle, dispatch, delivery, and supporting documentation details are complete.
- Escalate payment issues, stock shortages, delays,



or operational problems to management promptly.
- Ensure every order is properly closed after dispatch, documentation, and internal confirmation.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, email, WhatsApp, and office software.
- Ability to manage several active orders and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and process discipline.
- Previous experience in order processing, operations, logistics, sales coordination, or back-office work is preferred.
- Basic understanding of solar or electrical products is an advantage but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
