Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated Field Executive to identify and survey commercial spaces across Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should enjoy meeting new people, exploring different parts of the city, and building relationships with property owners.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit different areas across Hyderabad to identify suitable commercial spaces.
- Meet and interact with property owners, brokers, and local businesses.
- Take high-quality photos and videos of potential properties.
- Collect key property details such as location, size, accessibility, rental expectations, and owner contact information.
- Maintain accurate records of all properties visited.
- Share daily reports and property updates with the management team.
- Negotiate and build strong relationships with property owners to secure suitable commercial spaces.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




- Confident in approaching and speaking with property owners.
- Comfortable travelling extensively within Hyderabad.
- Own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
- Familiarity with Hyderabad's localities and commercial areas is preferred.
- Basic smartphone skills for taking photos, videos, and sharing reports.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
