We are seeking a vigilant and disciplined Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of patients, visitors, employees, hospital property, and assets. The ideal candidate should be alert, courteous, and capable of responding promptly to security incidents while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and secure hospital premises, including entrances, exits, parking areas, and restricted zones.
- Control access by verifying the identity of visitors, patients, vendors, and staff as per hospital policies.
- Maintain visitor records and assist with visitor management procedures.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, security breaches, fire alarms, accidents, or other incidents, following established protocols.
- Support the safe movement of patients, staff, and emergency vehicles when required.
- Monitor CCTV systems and report unusual activities to the Security Supervisor or Administration.
- Protect hospital property and equipment from theft, damage, or unauthorized access.
- Coordinate with local emergency services,



law enforcement, or fire authorities when required.
- Ensure compliance with hospital safety, security, and emergency response policies.

Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: High School (10th/12th Pass) or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a Security Guard, preferably in a hospital, healthcare facility, or corporate environment, is preferred.

- Maintenance of a safe and secure hospital workplace.
- Timely response to security incidents and emergencies.
- Compliance with hospital security policies and procedures.
- Accuracy and completeness of incident reports and security logs.
- Effective visitor and access control management.
- Positive feedback from patients, visitors, staff, and supervisors regarding security support and professionalism.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
