We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to manage and support our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining hardware and software, managing networks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and business applications.
- Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network devices.
- Create and manage user accounts, email accounts, and system access.
- Perform system updates, antivirus management, and regular data backups.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, software licensing, and IT procurement.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Ensure IT security policies and data protection standards are followed.
- Support meeting room AV equipment and video conferencing systems.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
- Basic networking knowledge (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi).
- Hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and antivirus solutions is preferred.
- Robust communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or system administration.
