Get Fit Forks is a quick-growing nutrition coaching brand for Indian women, built on Instagram and led by an ISSA-certified nutrition and wellness coach. We create science-backed, India-rooted health content — and we are in an aggressive growth phase. By the end of this year. Beyond Instagram, we plan to expand to YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms in the near future. This is a founding content team role — you will be in from the ground floor.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Content Research & Strategy

- Research what content formats, topics, and hooks are working right now across health and wellness creators. Stay ahead of trends and bring new ideas to the table proactively.

Content Calendar

- Collaborate with the founder to plan and build the monthly content calendar — topics, formats, hooks, and posting schedule — based on research and platform performance.

Graphic Design

- Design carousels, reel cover slides, text overlays, story graphics, and thumbnails using our brand palette. Clean, warm, and trustworthy aesthetics.

Video Editing

- Edit reels and short-form videos — cuts, text overlays, transitions, trending audio, and subtitles —primarily in CapCut, with other tools as needed.

AI Tools Execution

- Use AI tools including Claude, ChatGPT, and image generators actively to speed up research, ideation, copywriting, and design asset creation.

Performance Awareness

- Track what is working and what is not.



Bring data and observations to weekly content reviews and suggest adjustments accordingly.

Platform Expansion Support

- As we grow, support content adaptation for YouTube and Facebook — repurposing, reformatting, and new format research for each platform.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Strong Canva skills — this is non-negotiable
- Basic video editing skills in CapCut or similar tools
- Comfortable using AI tools: Claude, ChatGPT, image generators — you do not need to be an expert, but you must be genuinely curious and quick to learn
- Eye for clean, warm, Instagram-native design — you understand what looks good on a feed and what does not
- Research orientation — you enjoy finding out what is trending, what is performing, and why.
- Proactive mindset — you bring ideas and flag problems without being asked
- Able to work from detailed briefs and execute independently without constant hand-holding
- Basic understanding of how Instagram content works — reels, carousels, stories, hooks, saves, shares

Good to Have

- Interest in health, nutrition, or wellness content
- Experience working with a personal brand or creator
- Knowledge of YouTube Shorts or Facebook content formats
- Basic understanding of SEO or content discoverability

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
