About the Role

Career Launcher Ghaziabad is looking for enthusiastic, creative, and research-driven individuals to join our growing content and marketing team. As a Research Assistant, you will research educational topics, create engaging content, develop compelling stories, edit videos, and contribute to our digital marketing initiatives.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy learning, experimenting with new ideas, and creating high-quality content that reaches thousands of students across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct in-depth research on education, competitive exams, careers, AI tools, technology, and market trends.
- Create engaging written content for blogs, websites, emails, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Write scripts and convert complex ideas into simple, engaging stories.
- Present educational and promotional content through videos.
- Edit videos for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Create reels, shorts, and promotional videos with attractive captions, transitions, and graphics.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with faculty, designers, and the marketing team to produce impactful educational content.
- Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT and other productivity tools to improve research and content creation.

Required Skills

Applicants should be comfortable with at least two of the following skills:

- Content Writing & Content Creation
- Video Presentation / Camera Presence
- Video Editing (Filmora preferred)
- Digital Marketing
- Storytelling & Script Writing

Preferred Skills





- Hands-on experience with Filmora (preferred), Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar video editing software.
- Strong command of English (written and spoken).
- Creative thinking with excellent storytelling ability.
- Knowledge of Canva, PowerPoint, and AI-powered content creation tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and analytics.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Passion for education and creating meaningful learning experiences.

- Graduate or Final Year students are welcome to apply.
- Candidates from Journalism, Mass Communication, English, Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or related disciplines are encouraged to apply.
