Job Summary

The Food & Beverage Associate will be responsible for providing excellent service to guests in the hotel's restaurant, banquet, and other F&B; service areas. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and provide courteous and professional service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Explain menu items, daily specials, and available promotions to guests.
- Serve food and beverages according to hotel service standards.
- Set up and clear tables, restaurant areas, and banquet venues.
- Ensure proper table setting, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen and other departments to ensure timely service.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Process guest bills and payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant and service areas.
- Replenish cutlery, crockery, glassware, condiments, and other service items.
- Follow hotel SOPs, food safety, hygiene,



and service standards.
- Assist with banquet functions, events, and special service requirements.
- Maintain proper grooming and professional appearance at all times.

Qualifications

- Minimum 10th Pass or 12th Pass.
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management is an added advantage.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in hotel restaurants, cafés, banquets, or the hospitality industry will be preferred.

Skills Required

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Good grooming and personal hygiene.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Knowledge of English, Hindi, or Kannada is an advantage.
