Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Power Apps Developer with 3–5 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365, along with a strong understanding of business process automation and integration.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Microsoft Power Apps.
- Create and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate.
- Develop custom business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Integrate Power Apps with SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL Server, Microsoft Teams, Dynamics 365, and third-party APIs.
- Design and optimize Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, and security roles.
- Build custom connectors and reusable Power Platform components.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and compliance with Microsoft best practices.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide user support.
- Participate in code reviews and recommend process improvements.

Required Skills

- 3–5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development.




- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)
- Power Automate
- Microsoft Dataverse
- SharePoint Online
- Microsoft 365
- Experience with SQL Server and relational databases.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and API integrations.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Power Fx.
- Experience with Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure AD) is an advantage.
- Understanding of Power Platform governance, security, and ALM.
- Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, or other version control tools.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600) are preferred.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
- Knowledge of Power BI.
- Experience in AI Builder, Copilot Studio, or Microsoft Fabric.
- Exposure to Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year

- Chakan, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
