Job Summary

JAY DURGA TRADERS is hiring an Welding Electrode Sales Executive to promote and expand our Welding Electrode business. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B industrial sales and be capable of developing new customers while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Generate recent business for the company.

Visit customers and identify new sales opportunities.

Build relationships with OEMs, engineering industries, automotive component manufacturers, and industrial clients.

Conduct product presentations and technical discussions.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.

Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely deliveries.

Follow up on payments and maintain customer satisfaction.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities.





Submit daily visit reports and sales MIS.

Participate in exhibitions, technical seminars, and customer meetings.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree, B.Sc., B.Tech, Diploma in Chemical/Mechanical/Metallurgy, or any Graduate.

1–4 years of experience in Industrial/B2B Sales.

Experience in Welding Electrode Products is preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Basic technical knowledge of electroplating processes is an advantage.

Willingness to travel across Kolkata and nearby industrial areas.
