- Manage learner onboarding and provide end-to-end operational support.
- Resolve learner queries related to LMS, schedules, billing, and program operations.
- Coordinate live classes, trainers, mentors, and session schedules.
- Update and maintain LMS content, learning materials, and attendance records.
- Track assignments, learner progress, and program completion.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Create invoices and coordinate with the finance team for payment processing and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
- Maintain accurate learner records and operational documentation.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
