We are seeking a agile Sales Manager to join our Sales department at Vani Advertising. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising and a proven track record of driving sales success.
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share. Your primary focus will be on OOH advertising solutions, leveraging your expertise in this area to drive growth and exceed targets.
- Develop and present advertising solutions that meet client objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets for Outdoor Advertising services.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of various outdoor media platforms, including billboards, hoardings, transit advertising, and other outdoor advertising channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to provide clients with cutting-edge advertising solutions.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends,
competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
- Develop compelling sales presentations and proposals to showcase the value of outdoor advertising solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
- Team player with outstanding communication
Job requirements
- Prior experience in outdoor advertising sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer relationship management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM software
- Knowledge of the outdoor advertising industry and market trends
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
