· Lead and manage the inventory planning team to ensure effective inventory operations across the pharmacy network

· Drive inventory planning processes to maintain optimum stock levels while minimizing stock-outs, excess inventory, and expiries

· Monitor and improve inventory KPIs such as fill rate, inventory ageing, stock availability, DOH, and wastage

· Coordinate with pharmacists and operations teams to ensure adherence to inventory management processes at pharmacies

· Collaborate with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure timely deliveries and smooth replenishment cycles

· Analyze inventory trends, consumption patterns, and demand fluctuations to improve forecasting accuracy and inventory health

· Own and manage daily, weekly,



and monthly MIS reports related to inventory performance and supply chain operations

· Identify process gaps and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce inventory-related losses

· Ensure timely escalation and resolution of supply chain issues impacting product availability

· Work closely with cross-functional teams including procurement, operations, finance, and category management to drive supply chain excellence

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
