Job Summary

Fit Face is looking for an experienced and energetic Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the team, ensure exceptional client service, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a results-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the center.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the team to achieve business goals.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving monthly revenue targets.
- Handle client queries, feedback, and escalations professionally.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth business operations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Maintain staff discipline, attendance, and overall productivity.




- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and service quality.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the beauty, wellness, healthcare, or service industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting.

Pay: ₹11,796.03 - ₹45,000.00 per month
