Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Qualification: Any Degree

Experience: 4–10 years in Business Development within the Construction & Infrastructure industry

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month (Negotiable)

*Job Description:*

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Construction and Infrastructure sector.

Acquire construction contracts from MNC clients and build long-term business relationships.

Generate leads through networking, market research, and industry contacts.

Manage the complete business development cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.

Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and support tender submissions.

Coordinate with internal teams to deliver client requirements effectively.

Monitor market trends, identify new opportunities, and achieve business growth targets.

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure accurate reporting of business activities.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
