Job Description

As a Laravel Developer on our team, you will independently implement new features, troubleshoot and resolve defects, and contribute to architecture and design discussions. You will work closely with product managers, frontend developers, and QA to deliver production-ready applications. The role is perfect for a developer who values clean code, automated testing, and pragmatic solutions to performance and scalability challenges.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Laravel and PHP
- Own end-to-end feature delivery including backend logic, database schema, and integrations
- Implement, document, and consume RESTful APIs for internal and external clients
- Write efficient MySQL queries, optimize indexes, and tune database performance
- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate APIs with JavaScript-based UIs
- Follow best practices for version control with Git and participate in code reviews
- Write automated tests (unit/integration)



and ensure high code quality
- Troubleshoot production issues, monitor application performance, and propose optimizations
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes

Required Skills & Experience

- 3-4 years of professional experience developing web applications with PHP and Laravel
- Solid proficiency with MySQL and experience writing optimized queries
- Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs
- Practical knowledge of JavaScript and frontend integration (AJAX, fetch API)
- Familiarity with Git workflows and code review practices
- Understanding of software design patterns, SOLID principles, and test-driven development
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred
