Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete operations of the restaurant.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the restaurant management and operations team.
- Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and service excellence.
- Drive sales, profitability, and achieve business targets.
- Monitor food cost, labor cost, inventory, and overall operational expenses.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate restaurant staff.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain for smooth business operations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and operational reports.
- Plan and execute local marketing initiatives to increase revenue and customer engagement.
- Maintain brand standards and ensure operational excellence across all departments.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
