Account Manager

Department:

salary = 25 k to 35 k

Job Summary:

The Finance Manager / Head of Finance is responsible for managing the company’s financial planning, budgeting, accounting operations, compliance, reporting, and financial strategy. The role ensures proper financial controls, accurate reporting, and effective management of company funds and financial risks.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.

* Prepare and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow.

* Ensure accurate accounting records and timely financial reporting.

* Handle GST, TDS, taxation, audits, and statutory compliance.

* Monitor accounts payable and receivable.

* Supervise billing, payroll, reimbursements, and banking activities.

* Coordinate with auditors, banks, and financial institutions.

* Analyze financial data and provide business insights to management.

* Ensure proper internal controls and financial policies.

* Monitor inventory valuation, cost control,



and profitability.

* Lead and manage the finance and accounts team.

* Support business expansion and strategic financial planning.

Required Skills:

* Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and finance operations.

* Expertise in financial reporting and MIS preparation.

* Good analytical and decision-making skills.

* Knowledge of Tally, ERP, Zoho, MS Excel, and financial software.

* Leadership and team management abilities.

* Robust communication and coordination skills.

Qualification:

* CA / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com

* Professional finance certification preferred.

Experience:

5–8years of relevant experience preferred.
