Job Overview

Susee Hyundai is looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Trainer to train, coach, and develop our Passenger Car Sales Team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in automobile dealership sales training and be capable of improving sales performance through effective learning and development initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct induction training for newly joined Sales Executives.
- Deliver product knowledge training on Hyundai passenger vehicles.
- Train the sales team on the complete sales process, customer handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Conduct classroom training, role plays, and on-the-job coaching.
- Identify training needs through sales performance analysis.
- Plan and execute monthly training calendars.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and field observations.
- Coordinate with Sales Managers to improve team productivity.




- Ensure dealership sales standards and customer service processes are followed.
- Maintain training records, reports, and attendance.

Eligibility

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Trainer or Sales Training Executive in the Passenger Car Automobile Industry.
- Experience in dealership sales training is mandatory.
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Willingness to travel across dealership locations if required.
