The BIM Square is looking for passionate and motivated BIM Modelers to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on international BIM projects while becoming part of our founding office team in Himachal Pradesh.

Responsibilities

- Create and develop BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare architectural, structural, and MEP models.
- Perform model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
- Prepare shop drawings and construction documentation.
- Maintain BIM standards and ensure quality deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in BIM Modeling.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of Navisworks is preferred.
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.

- This is a Full-Time Work From Office (WFO) position only.
- Office Location: Sujanpur Tira, Himachal Pradesh.
