- Conduct practical and theoretical training on industrial sewing machines and garment assembly.
- Train operators on various machine types, including:
- Single Needle Lockstitch
- Overlock
- Flatlock
- Feed-off-the-Arm
- Button Hole
- Button Attach
- Bartack and other special machines
- Demonstrate correct sewing techniques, machine handling, thread setting, needle selection, and machine maintenance.
- Develop trainees' skills in seam quality, stitch quality, measurement accuracy, and defect prevention.
- Train candidates on operation bulletin (OB), Standard Minute Value (SMV), line balancing, and production targets.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide individual coaching to improve productivity and quality.
- Conduct skill assessments and maintain trainee evaluation records.
- Ensure trainees follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and workplace discipline.
- Train workers on workplace safety, ergonomics, 5S, and proper handling of machines and equipment.
- Coordinate with the production department to facilitate smooth deployment of trained operators.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly training reports.
- Assist in developing training materials, demonstrations, and skill development modules.
- Support refresher training and upskilling programs for existing operators
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
