We are hiring a Telecaller Executive for our clinic. The candidate will handle calls, speak with clients, share treatment information, and help in appointment booking.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Speak with clients professionally
- Explain clinic services in a easy way
- Follow up with leads
- Schedule appointments
- Maintain call records and follow-up details
- Support the team in daily coordination
Requirements:
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of calling and lead handling
- Positive attitude
- Willingness to learn
- Healthcare or clinic experience is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
