Job Summary

- We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented E-Learning Content Developer with 2 3 years of experience in designing and developing engaging digital learning solutions using the Articulate 360 Suite (Storyline & Rise).
- The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in converting learning content into interactive e-learning modules while ensuring instructional quality and an excellent learner experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline 360 and Articulate Rise 360.
- Convert storyboards, presentations, and instructor-led training materials into engaging online learning content.
- Design scenario-based learning, quizzes, assessments, simulations, and knowledge checks.
- Collaborate with Instructional Designers, SMEs, Graphic Designers, and Project Managers to develop high-quality learning solutions.
- Create visually appealing content using multimedia elements such as graphics, animations, audio, and video.
- Ensure all courses comply with SCORM, xAPI, or LMS compatibility standards.




- Perform quality assurance testing and resolve technical or content-related issues before deployment.
- Update and maintain existing e-learning courses based on client feedback or business requirements.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in e-learning content development.
- Strong expertise in Articulate Storyline 360 and Articulate Rise 360.
- Valuable understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies. Experience with SCORM, xAPI, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Familiarity with multimedia editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or Camtasia is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Multimedia, Computer Science, English, or a related field.
- Certification in Articulate 360 or Instructional Design is a plus.

Pay: ₹13,203.57 - ₹48,632.07 per month
