- Lead Generation: Find potential customers looking to buy homes or raise funds against property through field visits, builder tie-ups, and networking.
- Product Pitching: Explain home loan and LAP terms, interest rates, eligibility, and repayment options.
- Documentation: Collect financial documents (salary slips, ITR, property papers) and coordinate with the credit team for verification.
- Target Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly targets for loan disbursals.
- Qualification: graduate degree (any stream) with 0 to 3 years of sales experience in banks or NBFCs (Non-Banking Financial Companies).
- Skills: Good local communication, negotiation, and field-work readiness.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
