We are hiring a Customer Care Executive – Telugu/Kannada in Thiruvananthapuram. We are looking for candidates with good communication skills and fluency in Telugu or Kannada.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through calls.
- Provide accurate information and support to customers.
- Maintain customer records and follow up when required.
- Assist with day-to-day customer service activities.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Fluency in Telugu or Kannada is mandatory.
- Positive communication and customer service skills.
